Dear Anonymous Comment Leaver:

I'm not going to touch on the subject of hiding behind anonymous comments because frankly, I don't want to be late for work and I understand that everyone is entitled to their own opinions, which I do happen to appreciate. I will, however, like to take this time to correct your spelling of the word "coincided." Correct me if I am wrong, but I imagine you meant to use the word "conceited" and not a redirection of the word "coincide" which means "to happen at the same time."

1. having an excessively favorable opinion of one's abilities, appearance, etc.
a. having an opinion.
b. fanciful; whimsical.
3.Obsolete. intelligent; clever.

And you're right. Perhaps I am a little conceited. I'm incredibly blessed and I love my life. I never said I was perfect or better than anyone else, because I'll be the first person to tell you that I am not either of those things.

And didn't your mother ever tell you this growing up?

"If you don't have something nice to say, don't say anything at all."

  1. You know you made it big when you get your first rude anonymous blogger. Congrats!

  2. What a bummer, I hate that there are those who ruin it for the rest of us. I don't know why people have to be mean!

    I'm sorry girl!

  3. What's wrong with people in this world that they have to visit random people's blogs and leave rude messages? I mean, seriously. They must have some unresolved childhood issues. Anyways, ignore them. I love reading your blog:)

  4. Its one thing for a reader to kindly state that they differ in opinion (because we all can't agree always). But nothing is ruder than an anonymous comment that is just plain mean spirited!! Ugh... there is just no need to be mean for the sake of being mean.

  5. mean AND a bad speller? What a douche!

    LOVE you!
