Marriage Means...

Handing over your Christmas money so that your husband can pool together your Christmas earnings to buy a brand new, state of the art, super skinny, yet still very manly 40" LCD TV.

I totally feel ya. Instead of gifts this year we bought a video camera "for the both of us." I think it will be good when we have kids...but like we are ever going to use that now. Er. Oh well :)

It also means that your husband now feels entitled to a 60" flat screen in a 12' x 12' living room, because his 32" flat screen is now no longer manly enough. :-)

You are a good wife. We are pooling our money together to install an alarm system. how exciting. not.

How funny! We don't have separate Christmas money anymore... it's just "our" Christmas money. His first thought was a new tv for our bedroom, but I turned him down on that one since we have some un-finished house projects we need to put $ toward and we just got a new 52" LCD for the living room. We never watch TV in the bedroom anyway! Enjoy :)

We did something similar this year involving computer stuff (that I really know nothing about but happy that it works the way I want it to). Funny how this whole Christmas thing works when you get hitched :)

You're quite the wife! :)

Although I will say we did the same with some wedding money.

Oh, thanks for making me look bad! LOL! If my husband saw this he'd be like, "I think I should've married THAT girl."

But seriously? That is awesome of you.
