She went through this stage of about a month or two when she pottied in the potty (like, asked us to take her....) ALL THE TIME. And then...it just stopped. And now she won't mentioned it and when we offer says no. So we just let it go. I really would rather just use diapers till she's 16 (I won't.....)Kathttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12589500389134078994noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3647270264720619268.post-61133552942930003892013-08-19T16:39:28.681-04:002013-08-19T16:39:28.681-04:00i think this means its time to add baby #3 to the ...i think this means its time to add baby #3 to the fam :)Sarahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00914359562722869121noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3647270264720619268.post-50953387113902651132013-08-19T13:06:53.499-04:002013-08-19T13:06:53.499-04:00I SO agree with #1! It's been almost 2 months for Abby and with every poop on the potty she is estatic. I totally agree with the 40 pairs of underwear to start (we threw out the messes that first week) Jessica Hroudahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06837430870127822749noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3647270264720619268.post-36927593067295305162013-08-13T11:58:42.745-04:002013-08-13T11:58:42.745-04:00Awesome job, Carter! But now, 6 weeks post Partington and 6 weeks left on maternity leave - I want to try. My daughter will be 22 months tomorrow and loves the potties. She did ok the first time around. I can't think to toss all the diapers I bought (based on the 3 day suggestion) but will put them all away.

Congrats mama!!Melissa Dellhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16042541762687024076noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3647270264720619268.post-65738323800774064702013-08-13T10:09:16.265-04:002013-08-13T10:09:16.265-04:00Congrats, Mama! We're hitting it hard these next few days so we'll see what happens. The only negative is that I work all day, so his Nana is doing most of it, which means we BOTH have to be consistent about it. But I think he's ready. Can you email me the link for the underwear you bought? Based on what I've seen on Amazon, Walmart is cheaper. Did you find a good deal on Amazon? Thanks!Cindyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17504225638122812110noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3647270264720619268.post-78651275866808090712013-08-13T09:16:10.272-04:002013-08-13T09:16:10.272-04:00Jackson will officially hit the 2 1/2 mark next mo...Jackson will officially hit the 2 1/2 mark next month and has been steadily showing potty training signs thanks to some of the kids at daycare. I however am in denial of said signs and keep asking myself, what's the right number of signs? So many boy moms have horror stories of potty training their boys that I'm terrified. Bookmarking this as encouragement and headed to re-read Allie's post! Congrats on getting Carter potty trained and surviving the weekend to tell about it!!
